An independent player in glass packaging, the MEGA VERRE Group brings together three companies around a shared craft: bottle sorting, quality control and reconditioning of glass, serving perfumery, luxury cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.

The company is founded
MEGA VERRE is founded by Mr Duvauchelle, around quality control of glass packaging.
2003
The cleanroom is built
A controlled environment to ISO 14644-1 standards for pharmaceutical bottle control.
2016
Two distinct activities
The company splits into MEGA VERRE Pharmacie and MEGA VERRE Parfumerie.
2023
Acquired by PLM Partners
Christophe Cavaillès and Franck Menanteau support the Group's development.

Door to door & MEGA VERRE Évolution

Four thousand square metres, and the systems that run them.

4,000 m²: of premises in Saint-Quentin-Lamotte-Croix-au-Bailly, split between quality control, logistics and offices.
1 cleanroom: to ISO 14644-1 standards, dedicated to inspecting pharmaceutical bottles.
1 grey room: depolluted and convertible into a cleanroom, absorbing a rise in requirements without construction delays.
1 sorting room: devoted to inspecting perfumery and luxury cosmetics bottles.

Systems

ERP: order and operation tracking, production order release, logistics and invoicing.
Kelio time tracking: management of hours, time and activity across every workstation.
SAP: command of the client-side environment for direct information-flow interfacing.

Our people

More than 150 women and men, one shared standard.

At our Saint-Quentin-Lamotte-Croix-au-Bailly site and on our clients' premises, our teams keep alive an industrial craft where precision of gesture and attention to detail are decisive. Every new hire follows a twelve-month integration and training programme.
