Training path

Twelve months to train the eye and the hand.

We hire from every background: an inspector is made by a path, not by a diploma. Every new recruit learns in the classroom and on the floor, until they master the standards of luxury and pharmaceutical work.

  1. Open recruitment

No qualification required: the path is built in-house, whatever the background.

  2. Onboarding

Discovery of the workshops, the three sectors and each client's own requirements.

  3. Classroom & floor

Academic training alternating with hands-on practice at the stations, led by two in-house trainers.

  4. Autonomy

Command of the standards expected in perfumery, luxury cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.

Twelve months, two in-house trainers, 100% MEGA VERRE employees on every operation.
